We are glad to have the opportunity of giving You some information about our company,
which is in the field of preserves for over 37 years.Our factory is located in Pontinia (about 100km south of Rome), one of the best areas in Italy for the cultivation of tomatoes. The particular climatic conditions of the soil, indeed, allow us to have a raw material with superior organoleptic features, above all as far as taste and colour are concerned (our a/b Gardner value is always amongst the world's best ones).
We produce both Hot-Break and Cold-Break, with concentrations ranging from 5 brix of the natural juice up to 36/38 brix of the triple tomato paste.
Anyway, what characterises each of our productions is the search of quality, in the widest and most complete sense of the word.
